Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. It is also known as silk-screen, screen and serigraph printing.
One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design.
HOW IS SCREEN PRINTING?

Film Positive with Design is the Screen and exposed in high lumen exposure unit. Light exposed areas become harden while protected areas remain soft and are washed out.

Ink is poured onto the Screen and dragged across the Design with a Squeegee. Open areas allow ink to pass through Screen onto Garment or T-shirt.

Original Design from the Film Positive is transferred to Garment or T-shirt.
